For the Horse Owner:

For the individual horse owner a consultation can provide insight on the horse’s nutritional health status, opportunities for improvement, body condition, feed, supplement and ration evaluation.  This includes a recommendation to improve the feed program and feeding management where applicable.

​$ 50   In depth telephone consult (send photos, videos and other information to Nutritionist ahead of time for review):

​$ 125  On Farm consult: detailed review of up to 3 horses, current feed program and recommendations and questions answered.  This usually takes about an hour.

​$ 200 On Farm consult including detailed ration balance including 1 hay sample analysis and computer ration balance report.

​***Fees based on appointments scheduled into regular area routes.  In some cases extra mileage fees may apply.

For the Barn Owner or Larger Farm Operator purchasing larger volumes of feed:

$ 275  Full Herd review, feed evaluation, including body condition scoring, hay analysis and if it makes sense a complete custom formulation can be put together and submitted to feed suppliers servicing your area.

For the Feed Dealer and or Feed Manufacturer:

I can be your Equine Nutrition Specialist without needing to have a Nutritionist on staff.   I can be a speaker at a Customer Appreciation Events, a technical resource for you customers,  counter staff, sales reps, as well as assist in feed formulation, on a as needed or regularly scheduled basis.

Education:  

Guest Speaker for workshops, for industry meetings, clubs, riding schools etc.  With years of Public speaking and experience in the business, Jackie VandenBrink is appreciated by audiences from kids and entry level as well as those with more experience.

***WORK AREA:  Currently my travel area is limit to South Western Ontario concentrating on the Golden Horseshoe area.  I ask customers to be somewhat flexible with their schedules so I can combine appointments into routes for efficiency.  In the cases where that is not possible additional mileage fees may apply.
